CIVIL SOCIETY AS A FACTOR OF THE OPTIMAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The role of civil society in the process of formation and improvement of Ukrainian statehood is considered. The relationship of civil society and political nation is investigated. During the study of the problem are referred the ways to combine foreign experience of state building and the specific conditions of Ukraine in the process of globalization and European integration. It is shown the role of local government in the implementation of ethnic and local interests of the population of different regions of the unitary state. The role of informal institutions of a civil society in solving conflict situations is stressed.Downloads
