DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL LABOR STATISTICS

Abstract
The article considers some aspects of evaluation of environmental innovation & investment projectseffectiveness. It is determined that evaluationof the innovation effectiveness is one of the most critical stages in the decision-making process of innovation & investment nature. It is proved that the purely economic aspects of the project efficiency assessment should be supplemented by social, environmental, political and other parameters evaluation. The modified approach is suggested to evaluate a synergetic environmental and economic benefits and based on allocation of eco-production cycle. It is also proved that the suggested approach is advisable to improve justification of choosing forms of environmental innovationstate support.
