The journal examines current issues in foreign philology within the fields of linguistics and translation studies. The topics of linguistic articles cover a wide range of issues in theoretical grammar, lexicology, stylistics, history of language, pragmatics, discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics and cognitive linguistics in both synchronic and diachronic perspectives. The topics of articles in the field of translation studies cover historical and theoretical issues in the theory and history of translation, as well as translation criticism. We accept for publication reviews of individual and collective monographs by Ukrainian and foreign philologists.
