ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РОЗВИТОК НАУКОВОЇ СКЛАДОВОЇ ПРОГРАМИ ПІДГОТОВКИ ДОКТОРІВ ФІЛОСОФІЇ У ГАЛУЗІ ПОЛІТОЛОГІЇ В ХАРКІВСЬКОМУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОМУ УНІВЕРСИТЕТІ ІМЕНІ В. Н. КАРАЗІНА
Анотація
Обґрунтовується актуальність дослідження умов виникнення та розвитку наукової складової програми підготовки докторів філософії в галузі політології в Харківському національному університеті імені В. Н. Каразіна.
Визначається, що існуюча в університеті програма підготовки докторів філософії в галузі політології повністю відповідає місії та стратегічним цілям сучасного закладу вищої освіти, в тому числі й в аспекті інтернаціоналізації та міжнародної наукової співпраці. Зазначено особливу роль у процесі розробки вказаної програми викладачів кафедри політології, які використали відповідний досвід підготовки докторів філософії не тільки в університетах Європи та США, але й існуючі наукові традиції Харківської школи політичного аналізу. В зв’язку з цим, досліджується зміст, умови формування та вплив перших праць з політології професорів університету Й. Ланга, Т. Степанова та А. Каченовського як на розвиток світової політичної науки в цілому, так і на формування вже в 1830-х роках наукових засад і традицій підготовки фахівців-політологів у Харківському університеті. Підкреслюється, що традицію системного та системно-структурного підходів у дослідженні політичних проблем було не лише продовжено провідними професорами та їх учнями радянського і пострадянського періоду, а й закладено в логіку, зміст та структуру Освітньо-наукової програми фахової підготовки сучасних докторів філософії в галузі політології в Харківському національному університеті імені В. Н. Каразіна.
