IMPACT OF EXTERNAL POLITICAL FACTORS ON INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF A POLITICAL NATION
Abstract
The article deals with the impact that external political factors have on institutionalization of a political nation, including the impact of the ethnic motherland of national minorities, organizations of national minorities and international organizations. In the modern terms of globalization and strengthening of intergovernmental dependence, on the process of building of nation a lot of factors influences extraordinarily, external political factors have considerable influence. The special attention in the article is taken the analysis of forming terms political nations in the transitional stage of development of the state, as it requires the search of new model of antinational stability.Downloads
