Bicameralism problem in the context of constitutional reform in Ukraine
Abstract
The question of advisability the transition to a bicameral structure of the Ukrainian Parliament considers in the context of the current constitutional reform. The author analyzes the historical origins and development trend of bicameralism. Arguments in favor of a transition to bicameralism in Ukraine are given.Downloads
