HOW CAN UKRAINE BREAK OUT OF THE INSTITUTIONAL TRAP?
Abstract
Ineffective institutional equilibrium exacerbated by the February 2014 revolution and the Russian aggression brought Ukraine to the state of near systemic collapse. With the existing set of leaders and institutions Ukraine could hardly reform itself. In order to survive, Ukraine needs stronger ties to the Western institution than current EU-Ukraine's Association Agreement could provide.Downloads
