STAGES AND FACTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A POLITICAL CRISIS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the stages and factors of development of the political crisis, its main features. It is concluded that the crisis situation has three main periods, such as the pre-crisis situation - the preconditions and public mood that became the basis for the crisis, warning signals; crisis situation - the onset of the crisis itself, the explosion of negative public expressions, indignation, uncontrolled flows of information; post-crisis situation - measures aimed at resolving the crisis. The main achievements of political science in the study of the life cycle of the crisis are analyzed. The main tasks of the authorities in the direction of crisis analysis, crisis management and forecasting of crises for preservation and restoration of political reputation are determined. The role of anti-crisis communications in providing high-quality crisis planning and solving political crises is researched.
