Травма-інформоване середовище ЗЗСО: систематизація зарубіжних моделей та перспективи для України (огляд меж дослідницького поля)
Анотація
У статті досліджено моделі розбудови травма-інформованого середовища закладу загальної середньої освіти (ЗЗСО) на основі огляду меж дослідницького поля. Методологічну основу становить рамка Arksey & O’Malley (2005), результати представлено відповідно до PRISMA-ScR (Tricco et al.,2018). Пошук джерел проведено за допомогою платформи Primo бібліотеки Університету Міннесоти за пошуковим рядком («trauma-informed») AND («school») AND («system») з часовими межами 2020
2025 років. За результатами двоетапного скринінгу до аналізу залучено 36 публікацій. Уточнено зміст поняття «травма-інформоване середовище ЗЗСО» як комплексної системної властивості освітнього середовища, що наскрізно інтегрує принципи SAMHSA у шкільну культуру, політику і практики взає модії. Виявлено та систематизовано моделі за трьома доменами: індивідуальним, інституційним і системним. Встановлено, що моделі індивідуального рівня відповідають рівням травма-обізнаності
та травма-чутливості за моделлю Міссурі. Інституційні моделі впроваджують травма-реагування та травма-інформованість як комплексну екосистему закладу. Моделі системного рівня реалізуються шляхом співпраці школи із соціальними інститутами громади. Обґрунтовано, що найбільш релевант ними для українського контексту воєнного часу є інституційні моделі зі структурованими рамками впровадження та моделі підтримки вимушених переселенців. Адаптація міжнародного досвіду по требує врахування колективного та затяжного впливу війни, тривалого виснаження і травматизації педагогів, необхідності координації між різними соціальними інститутами в громаді.
