Methodological transformation of the principle of psychophysical relaxation in correction of moving disturbances of the spastic type in children of early age

Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of literary sources on the problem that is presented in it, the methodical possibilities of the general principle of psychophysical relaxation related to the correction of spastic motor disorders in children of early age by means of physical education are presented. The medical techniques of the release of spasmodic muscle formations have been analyzed. The effect of thermal procedures in the relaxation of muscles with increased tone is described. The possibilities of massage relaxation techniques applied in the system of adaptive physical education of this contingent of children are discussed. Briefly studied are the medical capabilities of muscle relaxants in a complex therapy of the spastic condition of muscles. The analysis of the main methods of therapeutic physical training in overcoming the negative consequences of muscle spasticity has been done, and the methodical approaches that can be used in adaptive physical education of spastic children have been discovered. Particular attention in relation to infants is drawn to the combination of massage and gymnastics, the essence of which lies in the method of massage exercises. The arsenal of opportunities for corrective physical education of children and adults has been explored in order to overcome the spastic problems that children have. It has been concluded that this primarily concerns the evolutionary method of physical development of children with musculoskeletal disorders, suggesting starting each lesson from the lying horizontally starting positions against the background of gravity unloading of the skeleton, muscle corset and spinal column. Discussed is such perspective direction in the correction of spasticity in children during the first three years of life as a baby plastic show, especially with the use of fit balls, presented are the methodical perspectives of its use in the developed system of adaptive physical education of toddlers. It has been thoroughly studied which mechanical vibration-wave components have the greatest beneficial effect on the skeleton as a whole and on individual muscle groups. It has been determined which of these components can be used to correct spastic disorders by means of physical education. The possibilities of baby yoga to improve the condition of spastic muscles in young children are analyzed.
