Abstract

The article analyzes the situation in the liberation movement of the peoples of the Indian subcontinent during the Second World War and in the first post-war years, considers the political course of the Indian National Congress (INC), who led the struggle of the Indians against the British colonial rule, the policy of the British colonizers in India is shined, their attitude to the Congress and to the Indian nationalliberation movement is shown.
