ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО РИНКУ ПРАЦІ В УМОВАХ ВІЙСЬКОВОЇ ЗАГРОЗИ ТА ВНУТРІШНЬОГО ПЕРЕМІЩЕННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ
Анотація
У статті узагальнено існуючі наукові дослідження національного ринку праці в умовах воєнних дій. Визначено основні інституційні джерела даних про стан зареєстрованого та загального ринку праці, а також їх актуальність в умовах сучасних викликів. Проведено порівняльний аналіз основних показників зареєстрованого ринку праці за даними Державної служби зайнятості в довоєнний та воєнний період. В умовах відсутності офіційних даних про стан загального ринку праці в умовах війни, в цілях моніторингу його стану проведено аналіз показників обсягів та структури попиту на працю за даними інтернет-ресурсу Work.ua. Проаналізовано результати ряду соціологічних опитувань суб’єктів ринку праці для виявлення наявних у них труднощів, а також експертів - для виявлення впливу ВПО на ринок праці. Визначено основні тренди та проблеми функціонування ринку праці України в умовах воєнних дій.
