Формування готовності до професійного самовдосконалення майбутніх менеджерів

Анотація

Стаття присвячена вивченню та розгляду процесу формування готовності до професійного самовдосконалення у майбутніх менеджерів. У контексті сучасного динамічного бізнес-середовища та високої конкуренції на ринку праці, готовність до постійного самовдосконалення стає надзвичайно важливою для забезпечення успіху та ефективності майбутніх менеджерів. Аналізуються ключові аспекти цього процесу, такі як: інтеграція практичних знань, розвиток навичок самонавчання, залучення до активної практики та рефлексії. До методів дослідження віднесено: аналіз документів та наукових джерел, спостереження; порівняльний аналіз. Стаття пропонує рекомендації для ефективного формування готовності до професійного самовдосконалення майбутніх менеджерів.
