Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the Collection the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Licence (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to freely distribute the published work provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and the first publication in this Collection is cited.

Authors are entitled to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the work as published in this Collection (e.g. posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it as part of a monograph), provided that a reference to the first publication in this Collection is maintained.

The Collection’s policy permits and encourages authors to post their manuscripts online (e.g. in institutional repositories or on personal websites), both prior to submission and during editorial processing, as this fosters productive scholarly discussion and has a positive effect on the timeliness and dynamics of citation of the published work (see The Effect of Open Access).

By submitting a manuscript, the author agrees to delegate to the Publisher the right to process their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010).
