Publication in the Collection is free of charge for all authors. No article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees are levied.

The Collection operates under the Diamond Open Access model and is funded by V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. All members of the editorial board serve on a voluntary, pro bono basis.
