МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У СИСТЕМІ ПОВОЄННОГО РОЗВИТКУ: ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО ІМУНІТЕТУ ТА АДАПТИВНОЇ КАПІТАЛІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Метою статті є обґрунтування методичного інструментарію та побудова прогностичної моделі фінансового забезпечення аграрних підприємств у системі повоєнного розвитку на основі авторських індикаторів фінансового імунітету та адаптивної капіталізації. Проаналізовано феномен фінансової витривалості аграрних суб’єктів крізь призму воєнно-економічної дестабілізації. Виявлено, що класичний аналітичний інструментарій втрачає релевантність в умовах «воєнного шоку», що зумовило необхідність пошуку нових детермінант оцінювання ресурсного потенціалу. Удосконалено модель діагностики фінансового стану підприємств, яку побудовано на принципах стрес-тестування та оцінювання «точок виснаження» капіталу. Запропоновано систему індикаторів, що формують «паспорт фінансового імунітету» підприємства: індекс фінансового імунітету (FI), що визначає межу поглинання збитків без зупинки інвестиційного циклу; коефіцієнт адаптивної капіталізації (Kac), який вперше розглядає державну підтримку не як фінансове донорство, а як синергетичний каталізатор внутрішнього зростання. Аргументовано високу достовірність результатів дослідження через застосування двоетапної процедури верифікації: початкову гіпотезу про високу фінансову еластичність ресурсів (сформовану на авторській моделі за трендами 2022–2023 рр.) було підтверджено та уточнено на другому етапі згідно з висновками Звіту незалежного аудитора (міжнародної мережі Crowe Global) за 2024 рік. Доведено, що виявлене перевищення фактичних темпів рекапіталізації над початковими модельними розрахунками у 6,7 раза засвідчило екстраординарну здатність підприємства до саморозвитку та підтвердило адекватність запропонованого аналітичного апарату. Розширено методичний підхід до стратегічного позиціонування підприємств у матриці стійкості, що дає змогу трансформувати фінансову структуру бізнесу у високотехнологічну систему, здатну до незалежної діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що цільовий стан «стратегічного зростання» (прогноз до 2026 р.) забезпечується через формування проривного профіциту вільного капіталу, що у 1,7 раза перевищує нормативні потреби модернізації.
