ДЕМОГРАФІЧНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЛЮДСЬКИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Метою даної статті є визначення демографічних передумов формування людських ресурсів України у контексті перспектив ресурсного забезпечення національної економіки. Виходячи із мети дослідження, у статті проаналізовано природний та міграційних рух населення України у довоєнний та воєнний періоди на основі різних джерел інформації. Проведено порівняльний аналіз кількості населення України за різними альтернативними джерелами (урядовими, неурядовими, експертними даними). Доведено факт загострення демографічної кризи в Україні з початком воєнних дій. Визначено, що процес депопуляції населення в Україні обумовлений дуже низьким рівнем народжуваності та високим рівнем смертності (в т.ч. серед населення працездатного віку). Порівняння показників народжуваності та смертності населення в Україні та ЄС доводить крайню глибину демографічної кризи в нашій державі. Визначено, що середня очікувана тривалість життя при народженні в Україні з початком воєнних дій суттєво зменшилась та у 2023 р. склала 64 роки проти 83 роки в ЄС. Доведено, що в Україні має місце регресивна вікова структура, адже частка населення віком 60+ років у 2022-2023 рр. склала близько 28%, а середній вік населення збільшився до 44 років. Визначено, що воєнні дії в Україні обумовили значні обсяги міждержавної міграції (протягом 2022-2023 рр. мала від’ємне сальдо), що суттєво загострює проблеми природного руху населення. Доведено, що за основними демографічними процесами в Україні має місце глибока демографічна криза, що формує вкрай негативні передумови для забезпечення людськими ресурсами економіки України.
