INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR POLICE REFORM IN THE COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE

Abstract

The article deals with the substance international standards to reformation police in the states of Centre and East Europe. Besides,made analysis positive modifications in the law process and difficulties in practical realisation about reformation police. Simultaneously, the writer makes an attempt determinate the efficiency international donor help the process reformation in postsocialist states.
