The names and email addresses entered on this journal's website will be used exclusively for the internal technical purposes of this journal; they will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties.
Retraction Policy for Published Articles
The journal's editorial board carries out the retraction of published articles in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and international standards of publication ethics.
Grounds for Retraction
An article may be retracted in the event of:
- detection of plagiarism or self-plagiarism;
- falsification or fabrication of data;
- significant errors affecting the reliability of the results;
- duplicate publication;
- improper authorship;
- undisclosed conflict of interest;
- violation of research ethics standards;
- other instances of non-compliance with the principles of academic integrity.
Initiation of the Procedure
Retraction may be initiated by:
- the author(s) of the article;
- the editorial board;
- reviewers;
- third parties (upon submission of a substantiated complaint).
Review Procedure
- The initial review is conducted by the editor-in-chief or an authorised member of the editorial board.
- Where grounds exist, a detailed investigation is carried out with the involvement of the editorial board and, where necessary, independent experts.
- The author(s) are given the opportunity to provide explanations regarding the identified violations.
- The decision is made on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the investigation materials.
Decision
The following decisions may be reached as a result of the review:
- retraction of the article;
- publication of a correction (corrigendum or erratum);
- rejection of the retraction request (in the absence of violations).
Form of Retraction
In the event of retraction:
- an official retraction notice is published stating the reasons;
- the retracted article is retained in the journal's archive with an appropriate marking;
- a link is established between the article text and the retraction notice;
- the information may be communicated to the author's institution or other interested parties.
Rights of the Parties
The author(s) have the right to:
- receive information regarding the grounds for retraction;
- provide explanations;
- appeal the editorial decision in accordance with the established procedure.
Final Provisions
The editorial board ensures transparency of the retraction procedure, and adherence to the principles of objectivity, confidentiality, and fairness at all stages of the review.
