IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF NON-CITIZENS IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATION
Abstract
the legislation of Ukraine and international legislation on ensuring the implementation of the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons have been analyzed in the article. The shortcomings of national legislation regarding the regulation of the status of foreigners and stateless persons have been emphasized. The problematic issue of the absence of a legislative procedure for reviewing the legality and duration of detention of a person has been considered. The reasons that do not provide for the procedure for establishing the status of stateless persons have been considered. The suggestions on improvement of the national legislation of Ukraine concerning the implementation of the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons of Ukraine have been presented.
