Family business: the essence and specificity in different countries of the world

Abstract
The current views of the family business essence are analyzed in the article. The narrow and broad sense of family business are considered. The article studies the main options of business organization, which can be attributed to the category of the family business, together with the specific behavior of the participants from the family circle. The article gives the statistical data concerning the share of family businesses in the total number of enterprises in different countries of the world. The research analyzes impact of mental features on manifestations of family businesses in different parts of the world.
