Теоретико-методологічні підходи до визначення економічної ролі держави в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Розкрито теоретико-методологічні підходи до визначення економічної ролі держави в сучасних умовах. Обгрунтовується, що ані правова система, ані держава сама по собі не в змозі забезпечити динамічний економічний розвиток, оскільки він є результатом ініціативи бізнесу.В умовах, коли інноваційна діяльність стає основою економічного зростання, тим більше видна значимість, як приватної ініціативи, так і стимулюючої функції держави.

Робиться висновок, що в сучасних умовах, коли відбувається перехід до інформаційної економіки, що принципово змінює характер і зміст підприємництва, держава повинна координувати стихійні ринкові сили та мотивації з ціллю інтеграції зусиль суб'єктів ринку на вирішення стратегічних завдань економічного розвитку. Структурна ж перебудова економіки ще більшою мірою вимагає свідомого конструювання елементів ринкової системи, тому роль держави має бути надзвичайно висока.
