Перспективні регіональні ландшафтні парки – резерви оптимізації заповідної та екологічної мереж Тернопільщини
Анотація
Мета. Розробка шляхів функціонально-просторового удосконалення заповідної і екологічної мереж за рахунок залучення перспективних до заповідання регіональних ландшафтних парків Тернопільської області.
Методи. Методологічною основою дослідження є концептуальні положення функціонально- просторових особливостей функціонування регіональних заповідної та екологічної мереж, з визначенням заповідного та рекреаційного потенціалу природних комплексів та людських потенціалів міських населених пунктів, з урахуванням особливості їх спорідненості з міськими поселеннями, транспортною мережею, рекреаційною інфраструктурою, функціональною наповненістю, завершеністю, ступеню зв’язаності з використанням методу графів.
Результати. Створення запропонованої мережі регіональних ландшафтних парків істотно покращить заповідність 21 територіальної громади, що складає 38% територіальних громад області. Із 21 територіальних громад 16 мають низький показник заповідності. Після врахування потенційної заповідності цей показник зростає у дев’ять, а подекуди в десять і більше разів (Вишнівецька, Скала-Подільська, Білобожницька, Микулинецька, Нараївська, Зборівська територіальні громади). Три територіальні громади матимуть показник заповідності європейського рівня (Залозецька, Бережанська, Чортківська). Враховуючи наявність у них значних природних та історико-культурних рекреаційних ресурсів, є усі передумови розвивати різні види рекреації і туризму. Наведені картосхеми заповідності територіальних громад демонструють, що створення перспективних 20 регіональних ландшафтних парків істотно диференціює їх за показником заповідності. При цьому заповідна площа в області збільшиться і зросте заповідність області з 8,95% до 14,21%.
Висновки. Запропоновані заходи сприятимуть покращенню сприяє покращенню територіальної організації заповідної та екологічної мереж від локального до регіонального рівнів, активізації туристсько-рекреаційної діяльності господарського сектора, долучивши до цієї сфери потенціали територіальних громад
