Abstract

Clarified the main activity directions of the Institute of Archeology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv – a research institution at a high school. The main researches of the Institute are aimed on studying ethno-cultural and state-building processes in the Ukrainian Precarpathia and Western Volyn in the first and early second millennium. The attention is paid on the organization of the educational process, which consists on the attraction of able students to academic studing studios.
