Диференціальна та недиференціальна урбанізація в Україні у радянську та пост-радянську еру
Анотація
У статті викладено результати тестування моделі диференціальної урбанізації (the differential urbanization model) в Україні на основі демографічних даних соціалістичного та пост-соціалістичного часу. Описано емпірично встановлені паттерни диференціальної та недиференціальної урбанізації та розкрито суспільно-географічні умови їхнього формування. З’ясовано, що в Україні протягом шести декад (1959-2019 рр.) урбанізація мала декілька рестартів у рамках моделі диференціальної урбанізації, які були зумовлені кризовими процесами на території країни (наприклад, світова економічна криза), а також фіксуються кризові паттерни недиференціальної урбанізації, що пов’язані із різким загостренням кризових явищ та процесів (військовий конфлікт, зміна економічної системи). Порівняння отриманих емпіричних результатів із результатами попередніх досліджень підтвердило ряд гіпотез. З одного боку, гіпотезу про недиференціальну урбанізацію в Україні протягом кризових періодів, яка, як і у колишній Естонській РСР, була пов’язана з колапсом Радянського Союзу та переходом від командно-адміністративної до ринкової економіки у 1990-х роках. З іншого боку, за допомогою міграційних показників було підтверджено раніше висунуту гіпотезу про те, що у 2008-2010 рр. в Україні спостерігалась кризова контр-урбанізація в рамках моделі диференціальної урбанізації. Така «кризова еволюція» диференціальної урбанізації в Україні є результатом пертурбаційних соціально-економічних процесів. Міжнародні порівняння траєкторій диференціальної урбанізації вказали на те, що окрім України стадію кризової контр-урбанізації мали й колишня Західна Німеччина та Росія, які пройшли її ще у першій половині XX століття. Після початку військової агресії з боку Росії на території України фіксується кризовий паттерн недиференціальної урбанізації.
