Unpublished thoughts on linguistics
Abstract
The progress of knowledge is impossible without maintaining traditions. Having at out disposition the letters of professor Ivan Pavlovich Susov, the editors of this publication felt it our duty to acquaint readers of the journal with the thoughts of the outstanding scholar and a man, expressed in the last years of life in private correspondence with the editors, preserving the style of the author, as a tribute to our infinite respect and devotion.
