The authors have the right to conclude independent additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published by this Collection (for example, to place the work in an electronic storage (repository) of the institution or to publish it as part of a monograph), provided that the reference to the first publication in this Collection is preserved.

The Collection's policy allows and encourages authors to place their manuscripts online, both before submitting them to the editorial office and during their editorial processing, as this contributes to the emergence of a productive scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the efficiency and dynamics of citation of the published work (see The Effect of Open Access).

By submitting the manuscript, the author agrees to delegate to the Publisher the right to process his/her personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010).
