The Collection operates under the Diamond Open Access model and is funded by V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. All members of the editorial board work on a pro bono basis.

Publication in the Collection is free of charge for all authors, including third-level higher education students.. There is no fee for submission of manuscripts and for their processing.
