The collection maintains an archive of all published issues at the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. 

The Open Journal Systems (OJS) publishing platform supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to ensure long-term storage of published content. LOCKSS creates multiple copies in a network of participating libraries, ensuring the preservation and accessibility of materials even if the original source is unavailable
