Дифференційний аналіз розладів особистості та розладів афективного спектру
Анотація
В статті розглянуто проблему диференційних відмінностей тяжких розладів особистості з розладами афективного спектру. Проведено порівняльний аналіз симптомів, поведінкових проявів та особливостей розвитку зазначених розладів. Визначено провідні відмінності в структурі функціонування особистості, а також спільні внутрішньо психічні процеси притаманні як особистісним, так й афективним порушенням. Тяжкі розлади особистості межового рівня організації відзначаються стабільною дифузією ідентичності в структурі особистості, що пов’язується з травмуючими або стресогенними умовами розвитку та дезінтеграцією емоційного досвіду. Розлади афективного спектру визначаються нейробіологічними порушеннями в психічному функціонуванні, що обумовлюють періодичність виникнення афективних порушень та пов’язуються як з генетичними чинниками, так й зі стресогенним досвідом. Когнітивні порушення вольового контролю афективних стимулів визначено як внутрішньо психічні процеси притаманні як особистісним, так й афективним розладам, що обумовлюють схожість їх симптомів та поведінкових проявів. За результатами проведеного порівняльного аналізу запропоновано розглядати дифузію ідентичності в структурі дорослої особистості як диференційну ознаку тяжких особистісних розладів. Стаття буде корисна для практикуючих психологів та психотерапевтів, які стикаються з труднощами проведення диференційної діагностики тяжких розладів особистості емоційно нестабільного типу.
