The Journal publishes articles that contain the results of theoretical and experimental development of fundamental and applied psychology. Problems of personality, cognitive, environmental issues, educational, political, social, legal, medical psychology, and misbehavior are dealt with. The main rubrics of Visnik are:

The founder of the Journal is the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv, Ukraine. The publication frequency is two issues per year.
