GENERAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF POLITICAL ELITE
Abstract
The general aspects of the formation of the institutional environment of political elite were studied. The institutional environment of the political elite is a number of possibilities and limitations of individual and group interaction, which is implemented according to the existing procedure and rights and duties prescribed by it. The main components of the institutional environment of the elite are the rules and norms of interaction and the dominating political practices. Its formedness allows to carry out the algorithmization of the elite activity using political technologies.Downloads
