The Journal provides publishing of articles for free (as well as access to issues of the Journal).

There are no article processing charges or submission fees for articles in English or any other official language of the European Union.

Articles submitted by postgraduate students of a budget-funded form of study and written by them alone (without co-authors) are exempt from any payments.
