The characteristic of motivational target component of the training of future pedagogues to work with the children of migrant workers
Abstract
The article proves the complexity and the multidimensional nature of the problem of motivation underlying the diversity of approaches to its essence, nature, structure. The components and their corresponding criteria of readiness of the future teachers to work with the children of migrant workers are highlighted. The motivational and target component is characterized and its following criteria are outlined: students valuable attitude to the future professional activities, formation of educational and informative motives; availability in the future pedagogues of an integrated system of ideas about the future of the profession, availability of social attitudes concerning the professional activities; focused development of the students' confidence in the importance of work with the children of migrant workers; focus on the effective implementation of the professional activity, which should be targeted and activate all the resource capabilities of the personality to achieve it through the organization of the daily search activity in this sphere; development of the professional interest of the future teachers; positive inner motivation to the educational and cognitive and future professional activity, availability of the sustained motivation in the training and in the performance of samples of the professional tasks; need to carry out qualitatively own pedagogical activities; desire to apply innovative socio– pedagogical technology in the custody and educational activities with children of migrant workers; desire to achieve professional growth. The factors of efficiency of the professional consciousness formation process of the future specialist are studied. The main types of motifs are characterized: «internal motivation» is the formation of sustained interest to learning; «motives–competition» is a self– assessment of own activities results and comparisons with others; «external motives» are the motives of activities not directly related to the process of new educational actions mastering, the stimulus to the activity are goals created. Thе results of the research on the formation of the value of the attitude of students for the future professional activity are presented. For this purpose, the following methods and forms of work were used as lectures, essays preparation, reports, messages, etc. Practical recommendations on the formation of the educational and cognitive motivations of future elementary school teachers are developed.
