Abstract

in the article the problem of tourism for people with disabilities. It is established that the basis for structural reforms in tourism is the formation of a special legislative framework, which ensures the protection of the interests of the state and society, human and civil rights, and defines the forms and methods of state intervention in tourism activities. The ways of improving this trend by attracting financial support from the state, implementation of projects to improve infrastructure conditions for persons with disabilities.
