INTERNAL SYSTEM OF ADJUSTMENT OF DISPUTES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS
Abstract
the article focuses on the foundation, the status of formal and informal institutions that are part of the internal system of dispute resolution of the UN; the procedure for the provision of legal assistance to the UN staff. The author has determined the competence of the UN judicial dispute resolution organs – the UN Dispute Tribunal, the UN Appeals Tribunal. The author has also analyzed the composition and structure of the above-mentioned organs; the scope of subjects of complaint/appeal and deadlines for the submission of a complaint; focuses on the legal value and significance of the decisions made by tribunals. Finally, the author has made relevant conclusions.Downloads
