Abstract

the article is devoted to the procedure for improving the mechanisms of prevention, prevention and countering corruption in the sphere of state regulation of the financial services market. An attempt was made to consider the mechanisms of prevention, prevention and combating corruption in the activities of the National Commission for State Regulation of the Financial Services Markets of Ukraine.
