Abstract

attention is focused on the peculiarities of interaction of legal means, principles and norms of morality as the leading regulatory basis for the formation, functioning and development of a democratic society. A significant influence of the principles and norms of morals (morality) on the fundamental processes of the legal regulation of the life activity of a democratic society is substantiated.
