World experience of administrative and legal regulation of social security of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of using Ukraine’s experience of member States of NATO in the area of administrative-legal regulation of social protection of servicemen. Examines developments in the sphere of social protection of servicemen of the armed forces of most developed countries, the peculiarities of legal regulation of social protection of servicemen of the United States, Britain, France, Germany and Poland. A comparison of the legal regulation of certain areas of social protection of those countries with legal regulation of these issues in Ukraine.
