Legal regulation of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine

Abstract

The article defines the legal framework regulating the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. Personality concept of military and emergency provisions. It denotes the order of martial law in the territory of the state and its individual areas in terms of today. The content of the President of Ukraine decree on the introduction of martial law. It made a conclusion that the legal norms that regulate the military situation, in particular the basic Law of Ukraine «On legal regime of martial law» does not contain any grounds, with the onset of which mode is introduced in Ukraine or in certain areas. It is proposed to resolve these issues.
