Abstract

The article analyzes the grounds and procedures for involving citizens of Ukraine, which are an alternative (non-military) service to a special form of legal liability in the form of cancellation of the decision of the local public administration about the direction of alternative service and the direction of the call conscript military service. It specifies the fallacy of this type of legal responsibility, because this is not only contrary to other provisions of the current legislation, but can also increase the number of offenses committed by military personnel.
