Updating the concept of teaching Administrative Law in law higher education institutions by improving its curriculum and choosing a form of examination: practical experience

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of the teaching of administrative law at the university in the cycle of curriculum review level, the methodology of teaching disciplines, significant changes in comparison with the Soviet period, represented further steps towards improving the content and methodology of teaching disciplines of said cycle; analyzes problems of verification and assessment of knowledge in higher education, presented the advantages and disadvantages of oral, written examination and examination of the test; Students are given the choice of form views on the exam for the legal profession.
