THE USE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED NATIONS IN PEACEKEEPING OPERATIONS
Abstract
The article is devoted to legal mechanism for international forces in the UN peacekeeping operations in specific armed conflict. The author mentions the legal possibility of UN peace keepers become legitimate participants in armed conflict. Also the we analyze the using of international humanitarian law to peacekeeping forces.Downloads
