Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of such items: analysis of Ukrainian and foreign legislation relating to alienation of land lots with the purpose to submit respective propositions; review of peculiarities of legal regulation of land lot alienation in order to ensure preservation of land destination, revelation of peculiarities of legal regulation.
