Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of the administrative sanctions aimed at the termination of various offences. The characteristic features of these sanctions are analyzed on the basis of the acts of the administrative legislation. In particular, it was shown that they have a temporary nature and are in effect till the elimination of the offence which caused their application. In addition they have a reverse nature, that is, after their expiration the activity mode existed before the offence is renewed. The termination sanctions are applied by the authorized bodies in the procedural form.
