Treatment of persons detained during peacekeeping operations
Abstract
The article is devoted to the existing legal mechanism on the basis of the UN Conventions regarding the international law implementation during peacekeeping operations concerning detainees and their further treatment, as well as the level of peacekeeping contingents training and the direct role of their commanders in these processes.
