Abstract

the differences of simultaneous interrogation of several previously interrogated persons from the usual interrogation are considered. In this regard, changes were made to the CPC of Ukraine regarding the conduct of simultaneous interrogation. Formulated provisions that reflect the specificity of the tasks of this investigative action and affect its preparation and conduct. On this basis, the peculiarities of the preparatory measures are determined at the decision to conduct simultaneous interrogation.
