Constitutional and Legal Aspects of Human Dignity

Abstract

the article considers the concept of human dignity as a legal category. The analysis of international legal documents, which establishes respect for human dignity. The authors study the consolidation of human dignity at the national level in foreign countries. Different political and legal concepts of scientists concerning definition of essence of human dignity are considered.
