Abstract

in the article is based the position about the fact that under the conditions of the development of civic community and rule-of-law state into of increasing degree the values of right are manifested and simultaneously is enlarged the sphere of the functioning of the social standards – of the standards of public behavior. In this case various forms of interaction of lawful standards and standards of the public behavior, which correspond to the interests of the vital activity of each personality, are established.
