Abstract

the article analyzes the administrative and legal principles of public administration in the field of public health as a set of parameters (elements) of legal relations in the sphere of health protection, which are fixed in the norms of administrative law, which require regulation through administrative and legal means. It is substantiated that public health management under the influence of medical reform is realized due to new principles, new goals and tasks in the aspect of reforming medicine and health care. Based on the theoretical analysis of legal literature, it was noted that the administrative and legal principles of health care management should be determined through categorical, normative, institutional and instrumental-technical components. The main attention in the article is paid to public administration actors in the field of health, which are directly administered by the state administration. It is determined that healthcare management is carried out with the help of imperative and dispositive methods.
